A man is charged with murder after reportedly fatally shooting another man in Pompano Beach who he thought was chatting to his girlfriend, according to authorities. Deshawn Tyres Allen, 29, was arrested on a first-degree murder charge after killing 52-year-old Chaddric Loray on Monday morning, according to Broward Sheriff’s Office officials.
